Shauna Eastwood founded SAM Works Tech after years of watching capable teams work around their tools instead of with them.
Her focus is the space between people and systems: the handoffs, the spreadsheets that shouldn't exist, the steps everyone repeats because no one had time to fix them. That is where most of the lost hours live, and where thoughtful change pays back fastest.
Every engagement is guided by the same belief, that technology decisions belong to the organization living with them. Shauna's role is to translate the options honestly, recommend the smallest change that solves the problem, and make sure the team is confident before moving on.
